Whenever I try installing Vmware tools I get this notice.."VMware Tools installation cannot be started manually while Easy Install is in progress" and I cant find out how to turn the easy install off and am pretty sure its not even being used because the os is up and running fine. I've searched the forum and google but to no avail :/ I am running Ubuntu 9.10.
