We currently have our Hyperic DB setup as a standalone machine, our usage for Hyperic to name a few is around Windows Service Control, Analyzing Statistics, Historical Reporting , Alerts / Notifications, Server Resource Management, Error Logging via JVM etc...
We are looking for recommendations on moving / re-installing this environment to a virutal machine, considering the amount of processing that Hyperic does, would this be a sustainable or possible option?
