I'm trying to add a website knowledge article to our VSM system but I can't get it to work.
If I add an article with the VSM portal as the url, the system automatically indexes the portal and allows me to search for it. However, if I add a url from our Sharepoint intranet, I can not longer search for the article, even by knowledge ref.
I suspect it's related to indexing permissions but can't find any details in the VSM admin guides on what I need to do to get things working.
Is there a specific user on the VSM server I need to give permissions to read our Sharepoint site?
We are using VSM 9.1.2.
