Understanding email options in conf file

Hi there,

I use the script to generate two different reports. These reports must have different email-sender adresses. So I tried two different .conf files with different email adresses. But the script does not take the information of the conf file (like mail_host etc.). It always takes the information entered in the script itself.

Can anybody explain, please? Perhaps I missunderstand the options in the .conf file ...
