This might be more relevant here than in the View group hopefully..
We currently use View 5.1 on top of ESXi 5.0U2 and are looking to upgrade to 5.1. I've done a scratch build of 5.1b to get my head round the new SSO/SSL requirements and now ready to go for the upgrade but as I was working out the plan I wondered about the certificates already in place for View, would the 5.1 certificates cause a problem to the installed view configuration?
Our current setup has our view config using our external name with a trusted wildcard certificate, looking at the way ESXi does certificates I don't think it should cause an issue but I wanted to check for my own sanity!
